She has deteriorated and her movements have slowly got worse. However she has recently gone on to low dose Risperidone 4mgs a day and this has steadied her a lot. Only side effects were sleepiness for a while but it has worn off. She has not now fallen for 6 weeks. she was going over on a weekly basis.
